USO DO CHATGPT POR ESTUDANTES ITALIANOS NA UNIVERSIDADE DEGLI STUDI DI PERUGIA-UNIPG

Resumo

Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar o uso do ChatGPT por estudantes universitários da Universidade Degli Studi di Perugia. A pesquisa, qualitativa, envolveu a busca de artigos em plataformas como Science Direct, Google Acadêmico e SciELO. Desenvolveu-se um formulário com 17 perguntas em italiano sobre o uso da ferramenta e sua relação com a educação, enviado a 939 alunos em 10 de junho em diversos grupos de WhatsApp, permanecendo aberto até 18 de junho, com 40 respostas recebidas. Os participantes eram de diferentes cursos de graduação, mestrado e doutorado, com idades entre 19 e 36 anos. O estudo analisou as perspectivas dos estudantes italianos sobre o uso do ChatGPT na aprendizagem de línguas. O ChatGPT mostra potencial pedagógico, mas apresenta desafios como dependência excessiva, questões de equidade tecnológica e padronização da língua. A maioria dos alunos desconhece o significado do acrônimo ChatGPT, sugerindo uma visão instrumental da ferramenta. O papel do professor é visto como essencial para integrar a IA na educação de qualidade.

Paula Caldas Brognoli, FGV

Doutoranda em Administração de Empresas pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV- EAESP). Graduada em Administração pela (UTFPR) e Mestre pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Tecnologia e Sociedade (PPGTE) na mesma instituição. Bolsista na graduação (iniciação científica) pela UTFPR e Fundação Araucária e no mestrado bolsista CAPES.

Melissa Bertolini Rodrigues , University of Perugia

Mestra pelo Programa de Pós Graduação em Tecnologia e Sociedade, PPGTE/UTFPR, com a linha de Pesquisa Tecnologia e Trabalho e graduanda do curso de Letras Licenciatura Italiano da UFPR. Possui graduação em Direito pelo Centro Universitário Curitiba (1998) e graduação em Audio Visual : Multimídia pela Escola Panamericana de Arte Sociedade Simples (2008). Advogada atuante junto à Positivo Informática - Matriz, com experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Contratual Internacional, para a área de Procurement.
